A day running a guesthouse on BukNau.

Rooms booked and paid while you look after the guests already there.

  1. Morning. Who’s coming, who’s leaving.

You open Today. BukNau has already listed arrivals, departures and anything waiting on you.

The Today screen on the operator’s phone: one guest checking in today and one booking coming up.
    Step 1 of 5
  2. A booking comes in while you’re making breakfast.

A traveller books two nights in a lagoon room, 12 to 14 March, without calling you. BukNau holds the room while they pay.

A new booking on the operator’s phone, marked Reserved and Unpaid, for 12 to 14 March 2027.
    Step 2 of 5
  3. The money comes in.

You check your bank and tap Confirm. BukNau emails them their confirmation, with directions to get to you.

The Confirm payment received sheet on the operator’s phone, with the transfer reference and a Confirm button.
    Step 3 of 5
  4. Check-in.

Their name, their room and their nights are on the booking when they walk up. You tap Check-in.

A confirmed, paid booking on the operator’s phone, with the guest’s name, dates, room and a Check-in button.
    Step 4 of 5
  5. Check-out, and the invoice is already written.

You tap Check-out. BukNau wrote the invoice when they booked, in kina or Solomon dollars, so there is nothing to type up.

A booking’s price breakdown on the operator’s phone, with its invoice ready to open or download.
