BukNau is a booking site for Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. You search for a stay, a tour, a hire car, a transfer or a charter, see the price straight away, and book it on the spot. There is no enquiry step and no waiting for an operator to reply — if it is listed, it can be booked.
- 1Search by town, dates and who is travelling. Every result shows a real price for your dates.
- 2Open a listing, choose your room, vehicle or departure, and check the total in the booking panel.
- 3Go to checkout. You can sign in with Google or an email and password — if you are new, your account is created as part of the booking.
- 4Book. Your dates are held immediately and the booking shows as Reserved.
- 5Pay the operator by bank transfer using the details on your booking page, then tap “I've made the transfer”.
- 6The operator checks their account and confirms. Your booking shows as Confirmed and you get a confirmation email.
You pay the operator directly. BukNau never holds your money and never asks you to pay BukNau.
Every booking, its payment details and its invoice live in My Trips, so you never need to dig through email to find them.
