A work account puts your organisation on BukNau. Colleagues join it, and bookings can be made for the people who are travelling rather than only for yourself.

  • Admins see the whole organisation's travel and invite people.
  • Bookers can book on behalf of anyone in the organisation.
  • Travellers see the trips they are on, in their own My Trips.

Need sign-off before you commit? Turn a cart into a Quote for approval. Where an operator bills your organisation monthly, you can book on a purchase order instead of paying per trip.

Quick answers

Can I get a quote to send to my manager before booking?

Yes. From your cart, create a Quote. It is priced exactly as checkout prices it, holds nothing, and comes as a link and a PDF. It is valid for 14 days; when approved, one tap rebuilds the cart and books it.

Can my company pay on a purchase order?

Where the operator has agreed monthly billing with your organisation, yes. The booking is held immediately, you receive a pro forma invoice, and you have 7 days to attach the PO. Everything is then gathered into one monthly invoice per operator.

Can I book for a colleague?

Admins and bookers can book on behalf of anyone in the organisation. The traveller sees the trip in their own My Trips.
