My Trips has two tabs: Upcoming and Past. Anything that still needs you — a transfer to make, a payment to confirm — sits in Upcoming with a chip saying what to do. Once a trip ends it moves to Past, where you can leave a review.
When you book several things for the same trip — a room, a transfer and a tour in the same town on overlapping dates — BukNau groups them into one trip card so you can see the whole journey together. Each booking inside it still has its own page, payment and invoice.
- Open any booking to see the operator's bank details, your payment reference and the invoice.
- Download the invoice as a PDF from the booking page once the booking is confirmed.
- Message the operator from the booking page — before or after you pay.
